We are a collective of drivers, writers, and eaters documenting the practical reality of eating well across long distances.
Our Methodology
Nebulabophangoucr began as an offline spreadsheet passed between friends doing long-haul drives between the UK, the Alps, and the Mediterranean. We realized that while thousands of guides cover the restaurants *at* the destination, almost none provide practical advice on how to eat well *during* the journey.
Our approach is sensory, practical, and highly cautious about dietary assumptions. We verify our stops. We eat the cold market provisions on the dashboard. We map out the hours when the bakeries close. Food is a way to understand the places crossed by car, without turning every meal into an exhausting research project.
